Everybody is different in terms of their genes, their eating habits, their lifestyle and their environment. With so many choices and mixed messages about what and how to eat, nutrition can leave us feeling a little lost and frustrated. At healthy colours, my mission is to take the mystery out of nutrition and inspire you to make the right food and lifestyle choices to live a healthier and more vibrant life.
Improving the way you eat can help if you are struggling with weight loss, feeling tired, stressed, coping with allergies or food intolerances, unable to concentrate, having sleep issues, pregnant, going through menopause, or simply wanting to age gracefully. With all of this in mind, we will identify which changes in your eating habits are priority, determine if any supplements are necessary (only if you can’t get the required quantities of a certain vitamin or mineral from food) and point out which foods should be reduced or avoided.
